The neutralizer absorbs harmful substances (such as formaldehydes) and other volatile organic compounds from adhesive vapors, thus protecting the client and lash stylist from allergic reactions to the adhesive.
It is used during the eyelash extension application process by spraying it onto a disk and placing it near the adhesive.
It can also be used to disinfect tweezers (by spraying abundantly on the instruments).
