Want to give your girlfriend Lash Artist a present, but don't know exactly what products she's using?
Give her a gift card and let her choose her products! The card has a value of 50 lei and can be used immediately, based on the code received by e-mail and SMS or, after you receive it physically, using the unique code on the back of the card.

Usage conditions:
1. Gift cards are valid for 12 months from the date of issue and a value equal to the amount written on the card.
2. They can be used only on naturallashes.ro and only for a single order.
3. Their value cannot be divided into separate purchases.
4. The value of unused gift cards may be refunded provided that the return request is made within 6 months from the date of issue of the card. From the returned amount will be deducted the transport fees spent for sending the physical card, if they were borne by Natural Lashes.
5. Products purchased with gift cards can be returned within the legal return period, respecting the terms and conditions of the site. Following the completion of the return procedure, a new gift card will be issued with a value equal to the value of the returned products. Its validity does not extend the validity of the original card.
6. Gift cards cannot be activated during Lash Night campaigns or as long as over 80% of the products on the site are discounted.
7. The value of gift cards cannot be combined with other cards or other discount vouchers. If you have several gift cards and you want to combine them into one, please send us an e-mail at contact@naturallashes.ro and we will generate another gift card for you.

How is it activated?
To activate a gift card, all you have to do is add products to the shopping cart with a value at least equal to the value of the card and enter the card series in the field dedicated to vouchers. You will get a discount equal to the value of the card.

Where can I find the card series?
Immediately after purchasing a gift card you receive an email and an SMS with the gift card series. You can use it immediately or wait until you receive the physical card. On the physical card, the card series is written on the back.

I want a gift card with a different value
If you want a gift card with a certain value or you want to buy a larger number of vouchers, send us an e-mail at contact@naturallashes.ro and we will gladly issue the gift card or gift cards you want.

I lost the card. Can I still get it back?
Of course, send us an e-mail at contact@naturallashes.ro and we will generate a new gift card that will replace the lost one.
